Lindsey Edwards is a board certified Nurse Practitioner who graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, TX in 2007. She later completed her Masters in December of 2014 from Georgetown University. Lindsey currently has 15 years of nursing experience with 7 of those years practicing as a Nurse Practitioner. Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with family, traveling, being involved in church, reading and watching movies. She found her passion in nursing while in high school, knowing that she wanted something challenging with continual educational opportunities.
A message from Lindsey, “As a native of this area, it is an honor to serve this community. I long to be a light and educate the community about ways to improve health and prevent chronic diseases. I enjoy providing education to families, as well as, individuals young and old. I pray that I can help our community feel comfortable about getting back into the routine of wellness and prevention. As Maya Angelou quotes, "People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." That is my goal as a nurse practitioner with all patients I encounter.”
